Custom products means all those products with no ready made designs. Once the funds have cleared in our account we will send the artwork proof in the next 2 business days via email. Once the artwork is approved by you we will make the Item (s) and send it the next business day where we can (Maximum it may take up to 7 business days to post out). There are some products that fall into the custom category because we have to add a name, as for example our Key Rings, we do not send artwork proof of these.
Do you provide an artwork proof?

Yes, we supply an artwork proof for all custom products before we start with the production process. An artwork proof will not be supplied on standard products (standard products are those that do not need to be changed and the pictures are already published in the website).

If you purchase a custom item, we will send you the artwork for approval once we have received the payment. Please note that we won’t start production until you approve it.
